HERMAN is very careful with money. He saves all he can, and is slowly investing in property and real estate in and about his home town of Liverpool.
Herman loves to talk for hours on the phone when he is not distracted by the Hermits or other people hanging about. He has a list of fans' phone numbers, and surprises them by calling them up on the spur of the moment and chatting for hours (sometimes)! So, if you write to Herman, be sure to include your home phone number along with your letter.
Herman collects medallions and funny sweat shirts. He wears a bracelet and a chain around his neck, which hold as many medallions (all given to him by fans or thrown upon the stage when he and the Hermit are performing) as he can carry. His sweat shirt collection has been provided by radio stations all over the world.
Herman has a secret longing to own a big, beautiful Rolls Royce, with all the extras. He is the world's worst driver, so he would definitely have to hire a chauffeur to drive him about in his posh car.
Herman is now planning to have two careers. He will continue to record with the Hermits and to do concerts with them, but he is going to branch out into acting. This doesn't mean that he will not include the Hermits in his future films - just that he will also be taking acting parts separately.
Herman is negotiating a separate film deal in Hollywood. He plans to make three movies a year (a la Elvis), and has not decided whether he will launch his acting career under the name of Herman or Peter Noone.
Herman's favorite vacation spot is Hawaii. Whenever there's time, and he's within a radius of a few hundred miles of Hawaii, he hops over and stays as long as possible. He probably likes the simple grass skirts!
