HULLO! The name's Herman - Peter Noone, that is. I am presenting the very first world premier "sneak preview" of how I am going to look in the fabulous NBC-TV color spectacular Pinocchio. The spec will be shown during the Christmas holidays this year, but since we couldn't wait (could we?) - take a trip with me to the make-up room right now and see how "Pinocchio" came to be. |
 First, the make-up man (he is really a kind of genius) puts base TV make-up on me and then places a generous dab of glue on the tip of my nose. |
 Presto! - me nose is put on and held in place long enough for it to really stick. |
 Now we are adding more. You see, every time "Pinocchio" tells a fib, his nose grows! Remember? |
 Also, "Pinocchio" was a painted marionette - until Gepetto (Burl Ives) made him come to life - so I get my eyelashes painted on. |
Well - how do you like the final product? Here is Peter "Pinocchio" Noone, just as you will see him next winter on NBC-TV. But stay tuned to 16 and you will see him all the time!! |
