Dear FLIP, Diann Malewicz may be right about some English groups, but Herman's Hermits are certainly not rude. I recently attended their concert in Atlantic City and they were anything but rude. Herman accepted gifts from the kids up front. He even asked us all to sing "Mrs. Brown" with him. He also announced that he would come back later and sign autographs. He gave one girl his tambourine, but later had to take it back until the end of the show. Maybe some of the English groups are mean, but certainly not Herman's Hermits.
