All work and no play make Herman's Hermits dull boys, so they decided to do something about it.
| Peter Blair Denis Bernard Noone is a teenager himself, but he has managed in two short years to become the idol of millions of teens (and adults) the world over. You all know him as Herman of the Hermits. Since his first album, Introducing Herman's Hermits, to his latest and biggest seller, The Best of Herman's Hermits his popularity has steadily climbed. His new movie in which he stars with Shelley Fabares and Sue Ane Langdon is called, "Hold On", and it has been doing turn away business at theatres all over the country. The Hermits were introduced to movie goers in Connie Francis' "Where The Boys Meet The Girls", and it was this flick which so delighted producer Sam Katzman, that he immediately set out to find an original script for the group. Right now, plans are in the works for a color TV special in the fall. Herman always has a ball in America and that's where he is at the present time. He loves people all over the world and it shows, too, because people all over the world love him. |
