 That's right ... that ever popular lady-killer Peter Noone, better known as Herman of Herman and the Hermits, is a card, he is! At least that's what our Joan discovered when she went to see Herman and his buddies. But it was Herman himself that flabbergasted us, so to speak ... he has a face like a rubber ball ... he doesn't have to talk, his face says it all for him and in case you don't believe us, take a look at these pictures during an interview tith him. The Hermits are back in Hollywood and the whole town is quaking, because the last time they were here they caused riots wherever they went. This time they are filming an MGM'er called "There's No Place Like Space." When they made "When The Boys Meet The Girls" some 3,000 ardent fans (girls, naturally) stormed the studio gates and almost tore their idols to pieces. In their new movie we hear they'll sing some nine songs and the leading lady is Shelley Fabares. Brace yourself Shelley ... this Herman is a bloomin' matinee idol!!! |
