Hermits New Film Begins
LONDON - Herman's Hermits have just started shooting a new MGM movie called "Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter," which is based on an original story by English writer Trevor Peacock. Morton Da Costa is directing the musical under production at Shepperton Studios.
    The group stars in the flick which is a running account of the escapades of an up and coming rock group whch takes its racing greyhound to London to enter it in the final meet of the yearly Greyhound Derby.
    Chaos begins to snowball after they meet the Brown family - Mr. & Mrs. B. (played by Stanley Holloway and Mona Washbourne), and, of course, their lovely daughter, Judy. The film will be shot in color, on location in Manchester and London.
    The Hermits will sing eight songs in the film including the title song for which they won a gold record.
