"I don't like the way pop stars behave - all that long hair, drugs and foolish clothes," Mireille Strasser has reportedly said, "but Herman is quite different. A really nice and wonderful boy."
      The young lady was talking about Herman of Herman and the Hermits, who happens to be the man she is marrying on November 5.
      Herman, whose real name is Peter Noone, announced at a press conference that he would wed Mireille on his forthcoming birthday. Mireille is the 22-year-old daughter of a wealthy French businessman from Strasburg. They met in France about four months ago.
      Proving that he is something of a traditionalist, even though he is a pop star, Peter supposedly proposed on one knee. They will be married in a Catholic church; he is Catholic, while Mireille is Jewish.
