Peter Noone:
"Fans, I luv you!"

Could YOU ever get a date with Herman(Peter Noone)?
Do You want to know what kind of gifts he'd like from you?
DB decided to find out on your behalf and asked Peter personally.
Here are his exclusive replies to our questions.

Q:Have you ever dated a fan Peter ?
A: Oh yeah. Lots of times you know. I don't call 'em fans - that's sort of pretty rotten to say - I mean, "date a fan".

Q: Yes, well, I mean dating somebody whom you met through their interest in you as a performer.
A: The answer is still the same - Lots of times

Q: Was it through a formal introduction? If not, is there some way to make contact with you without a formal introduction?
A: Oh yeah, nothing formal. It has happened you know - they just saw me and I saw them and thought, "Oh, she's nice," and that was it. And, what can I say, it was just she was there and looked alright - hello, hello.

Q: Now, about presents - you must get loads?
A: Oh yeah, but it's hard really. The only way our fans can get them to us - if we're on tour - is maybe give them to a cop to give us. It is pretty horrible, really, because everyone wants to give presents personally, but we couldn't let everyone backstage with gifts - I mean, we'd never get time to perform.

Q: What kind of presents do you get a lot of?
A: Well, you know, lots of girls bake us cakes and cookies and things, but you know it's kind of a waste. I mean you can't eat 12 cakes each per night - it's just not possible

Q: Would you appreciate it more then if these cakes were donated to an orphanage or something, and you just a card telling you where they had it sent?
A: Yea - that's a good idea. But it's alright to send us a littlecake, you know. Something symbolic, I mean. It doesn't annoy us getting the cakes and cookies, you know, its just a waste.

Q: Well, small gifts then?
A: Yea, like cuff links
