Simon and Garfunkel sang that "it's all happening at the zoo" and now that line in a song has really come to life! Peter Noone joined Davy Jones as a pop star-businessman when he opened his men's boutique in New York City called "The Zoo." Peter flew in from London for a special fashion show on the merry-go-round in Central Park. Wearing a custom tailored dark purple suit with light purple piping, Peter greeted guests, went for a ride on the merry-go-round and then led everyone to the buses he had chartered for a ride to "The Zoo." There his guests not only enjoyed a wild opening party, but also got a preview of the unusual clothes his shop features-----tailored suits, jackets, shirts and ties-----and most of them in vinyl! It was a way-out way to introduce a way-out boutique. Be sure to see it if you can. |
